The instant decorator, 2004.

This copy of "The Instant Decorator" was printed from the web site of the Sperone Westwater Gallery, where the exhibit of Simmons' work was held. The pictures are black and white, rather than the colors of the originals. The works were inspired by Frances Joslin Gold's book The Instant Decorator. To create these works, Simmons made collages from fabrics, original drawings, and figures cut out of magazines, and then photographed the collages.
